CASExx Cheetah Automatic (Custom Conversion) Switchblade

  • Here is something I could not wait to share with you guys. Ever since seeing someone on social media show one of these off, I knew I just had to get my hands on one. This is a gorgeous example of the CASExx Cheetah swinguard pocketknife converted into a fully automatic switchblade. The conversion was done by the legend himself "Tank" Fisher. Huge shout out to him for an amazing job on this knife. He is by far the best and most known for converting CASE knives.
    This blade can be opened just like a regular pocketknife, or you could push the "Casexx" logo on the handle to flick it open. Cheetahs come in many scales. The one featured in this video is a beautiful blue bone. This knife was both expensive to buy and expensive to convert, so I'm probably taking it to the grave with me!
    Thanks for watching as always. Any questions, comments, or just want to discuss, feel free to leave a comment or email me at cwdrummerboy@yahoo.com
    Hopefully it's needless to say...but this knife is NOT FOR SALE

      Case doesn't make automatics. He had this 1 converted. They do make the KickStart though if you can find one, it's spring assisted.

    • @undergroundexplorer8378

      @@koDaffi I’m aware of that. Knew about the Kick Start and that it’s assisted. The law has changed in PA since I posted this comment and autos are legal now. Don’t know if Case has plans to make any autos. Maybe they will in the not-too-distant future.

      I remember thinking that too for the longest time. If you keep thinking about it constantly and you target it as a goal the price doesn't seem so bad and magically it becomes easier to accomplish, the personal value of it goes up in your mind the more you think of it. My suggestion is grab one if you see one available, they will officially start becoming scarce real soon. The one guy that was known for converting these passed away recently unfortunately, SO what's already made is made, no more repairs no more new models for the autos.
      Good luck man it's totally possible if you truly want it to be. :)

      @ctknifevids7466  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea I heard. That is awesome to hear the only downside would be that it brings the value of these conversions farther down making me getting this thing converted not worth it, but that's very minor compared to how amazing it is that all of PA gets to own automatic knives now.

    I have several Case Folders in my collection but when it comes to Auto''s I'll take a Protech over any other brand. I currently have 4 Protech Auto's in my collection. A Del Fuego Godfather with stonewashed blade, a Carbon Fiber scale Godfather with a Black DLC coated blade, a Magic 1 Whiskers with stonewashed blade and a Magic 2 Whiskers with a Black DLC blade. Auto's are legal here in New Hampshire, my EDC is the Carbon Fiber Godfather with the Black DLC blade. Case makes very nice knives but nobody can compare to the Auto's coming out of Protech. Get your hands on one and you will have no choice but to agree, they are that nice. I have several other Auto's as well, one Benchmade & 4 Bokers. All very nice , but the Protechs are the best of the bunch. Happy collecting!

    • @kingstilletto

      This is more along the lines of italian style side open switchblades. Protech and boker etc. Is mass produced not sought after by collectors.

    • @magikoflove
      @magikoflove 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@kingstilletto That depends on what you value in your collection. Personally I value top notch craftsmanship so I include Protech's in my collection. It's all subjective, so you don't speak for all collectors. I do not consider aftermarket modified knives as collectable. Again it's all subjective. Any Case automatic is an aftermarket conversion. I have several Case knives in my collection but they are all unmodified. Whatever catches you eye.

    • @kingstilletto

      @@magikoflove that modified case knife is probably a 600 dollar knife and much harder to find than a protech. Rarity counts the more of something the value goes down. Im glad you like your protechs man. Enjoy.
