    My hair is wavy/ curly and frizzy. My results with the Airstrait are phenomenal. My hair stays pin straight for days in humidity, shower and no products. I’ve never ever been able to obtain this at home. Everyone’s hair is different. I can’t see myself ever being without it. I haven’t used my flat iron since the Airstrait came out.

    • @xassy
      @xassy ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I just wrote my comment above yours and then I read yours, it almost look like I copies the first part. After reading your comment I think I have to try the Airstrait. Is your hair very long also?

    • @Kindlyone777
      @Kindlyone777 ปีที่แล้ว +17

      @@xassy yes my hair is very long almost to my waist. It’s thick with lots of highlights. I love the Airstrait. It truly works for me. I’ve used it with no heat protectant and I’ve had no recurl or frizziness/ reversing in after taking a shower. I do cover my hair in the shower but still in the past my hair would get frizzy even after using a cap in the shower. I wash my hair 2-3x per week otherwise it gets greasy and I’m not about to walk around with greasy hair. That’s just gross. But that’s me. I do use a heat protectant but I haven’t decided which ones work best for me because I’ve always just waited for my hair to dry before flat ironing. If blow dried my hair and then flat ironed my hair was sooo damaged it would take months to recover. Now all I do is let my hair air dry for about an hour and then spray a heat protectant cream. I’m new to blow drying grant it I have the Dyson Air-wrap and SupSonic and they both fry my hair so I stopped using them. They’re in my graveyard of appliances. Maybe it’s me. I forgot to mention that it only takes me about 20-30 minutes to do my hair with the Airstrait. If I used my Dyson Supersonic and then my flat iron it would take about 1 1/2 hrs and then I’d have to use a ton of products to calm down the frizz and camouflage the damage. I will never dry my hair again with a regular blow dryer and then take a darn brush to wet hair for tension. Omg. My poor hair. With the Airstrait it’s a one and done. If i want waves I’ll take my Airwrap or curling iron 🌸🌸🌸🌸

    OMG, just returned the Airstait which I loved at first - here's why - After drying I hated the way my hair looked at the ends, so I had to use the Corrale to turn the ends and give my hair some lift. I'm in South Florida and it just got really hot and humid and my hair got really frizzy!! I was so upset! I think it's great if you live in a dry climate - not for humidity at all. Thanks for the wear test - it's just what happened to my hair, but in just a few hours outside.

    Personally, my Airwrap curls still look unfinished to me. I have fine extra long hair and it just looks unfinished maybe because of the lesser heat as compared to normal curling barrels. So it’s just a matter of importance I guess. Just annoying that the airwrap or the airstrait would not eliminate the need for regular iron and curling wands.

    Hi Julissa, just a question re using airstrait. There are 3 modes (dry>heat>cold air) you do for each section of the hair which slow down the process. I’m wondering if you tried to do the whole hair with the 1st mode then the whole hair with the 2nd mode then the whole hair with the 3rd mode without dividing the hair accurately with comb, just taking small part of the hair at a time. Will this work? Will it save time? Thanks

    Girl, I love your content! I don't know why, but Dyson products don't work for me. I have the supersonic and the Airwrap and they just do not work for my hair. My wavy hair is super frizzy and for some reason, I cannot tame the frizz when I use a dyson product no matter what hair products I use. I've used expensive and cheap and nothing helps. I think they don't get hot enough for me. The Volare, however, works wonders. Thank you for that recommendation!! I love it!!

      The problem maybe the roots, if the roots aren’t completely dry and well done, frizz will propagate to the rest of the hair like a wild fire. It all depends how well you seal your hair, I suffer from the same problem. Also don’t forget to add oil at the ends. Hair it’s hard.

    That air strait from dyson seems to be a tool for someone with only wavy or straight hair who wants a sleek look and no bend or curl or wave. Dyson has really gotten their marketing and promotion of these tools down pat. To me - if you have textured hair - the dyson tools, like air strait, or even the ones with the curling barrels don’t make hair that is textured look any better than a traditional blow dryer and flat iron or curling iron.
