@@300rivers4 @Essydyk Apparently, the new tax is only for non EU non residents of Spain. Still a sweet deal for the right people e.g if you want to become resident. Although, you can get a nice house for that amount few kilometres from the beach. Paying double is weird, but there are also a lot of scams and shady real estate companies in Spain specialised on taking advantage of people.
