Where are all the affordable housing? 200k-1mil. Come on normal people can't afford that. I stopped by Grandin/Wasena a few time. It is a small section, maybe 1/4 mile of shops. And by the way, co-op... $14 for 1 lb of chicken. Really? Please talk about normal affordable areas in Roanoke. Areas that young families can afford.

Based on the National and Virginia sales price averages, the Roanoke Valley comes in under those averages by a good bit, meaning Roanoke Valley is more affordable than many places. Greenways are walkable pathways and blueways are waterways that have easy access. Hope this helps
