@@jameysotelo540it qualifies something as moving while affected by an elemental ailment, you'd just need to chill or shock something which bleed would want to do anyway to double dip

It says while affected by elemental ailment, which should mean, while you are affected by an elemental ailment, not the enemy, so it means that you cannot have full elemental ailment immunity like with purity of element and bleed damage is buffed, need to confirm though not 100% confident. (if not it means that you just have to make the enemy bleed and inflict a random ailment at the same time which shouldnt be a problem at all)
Bleed, well you have to hit it with an elemental ailment to get the bleed to work. It's like a finger to the community, because you get bleed (maybe) by playing elemental. Like you would have to play bleed /Chill or Bleed Ignite ETC. Seriously how many serious casters problems does GGG fix by making Casters incorporate melee into their builds????????
The boots are only useful for melee bleed anyway (since bows just use ensnaring arrow and way better rare boots). If you then go mace you can take the chill mastery. With unbound ailments it might be good enough.
Think the issue is the leavue mechanic is just naturally happening while you're playing the game , it's not it's own thing. So we get more stuff and we take more damage, and maybe it's just me but that's just affliction 2.0 with a shitty crafting system on top
@@blazewagon5677 lmfao every league for the past 10+ at least have allowed you to skip them if its bad/too dangerous/etc, and allow you to instead capitalize on an economy reset, people aren't playing the league purely to experience the league mechanic and nothing else there are other selling points than shoehorning it in
I love people the other comments who fail to realize the point of the “challenge league” is a fresh restart with an optional new mechanic. We werent forced to do the last 5 leagues so to suddenly be forced to do a league mechanic that isnt enjoyable, slows down gameplay, and isnt very rewarding, is a but jarring and isnt what everyone want, but we are happy you enjoy being forced into it and shitting on others who hate being forced into mechanics.
@@DarkBiCin I honestly think going forward they will continue to do this till poe 2 beta release. They want everyone to slow down to get used to poe 2. So they force people to slow down and think, with forced league mechanics.

All you have to do is run skitterbots which you would use anyways and then it will have permanent uptime
