Live in Vista, California, September 2006. Two of the finest slide guitarists in the 'biz, Harry Manx and Greg Leisz. Also featuring Steve Marriner on harmonica.
I did not know the name Harry Manx until one early morning at work and I'm jamming to my John Prine station on Pandora and this cat popped up...I stopped working just to listen. Dude has some serious soul. Good stuff.
I was one of the lucky people to have been to this, it was an amazing evening, everything they played was outstanding, they did a cover of Jimi Hendrix that was off the chart amazing as well!
I use to listen to this tune a few years back. just remembered about it and went searching on google the only lyrics i could remember was "Dog my cat" searched that with with Slide guitar blues. and BINGO
I surely don't see this as a battle of the bands or egos, just 3 great musicians sharing a great song. There are only scoreboards on stages for the idiots who don't play music but feel the need to comment on something they obviously know NOTHING about!! Saw Harry at Merle Fest in N.C. this week end and was totally blown away by his talent and kindness. What a nice and enormously talent man.

That harmonica player tripped Harry Manx out with that epic solo! ( One of the greatest one's I have ever seen! ) aww
