Skip that peacock feathers part in your Decoration or make them with paper, it's easy to make them. You get many videos on my channel and on others as well to make paper peacock feathers. Hello, As you have seen in the video most of them are handmade or DIYs. Printout you can get from any cyber cafe, peacock feathers I will suggest if you have then only use don't buy from the market (I collected them from my village), Sand is available online and offline both, colours/charts/sheets/scissors all these materials you can easily get from any stationary shop.
