I have Moon conjunct Lilith in Taurus (Mrigashira) with my beloved, he is Moon and I am Lilith :) I didn't realize it would create feelings of deep emotional attachment since he is also a Ketuvian (he is Magha Sun), he can be so detached I have a hard time reading him sometimes. A lot of content about Lilith on the internet hasn't been helpful for me, it always seemed to be overtly sexual (or just vague) and while this is a bit true, I always felt it was more about the spiritual connection so I'm glad you brought it up. Wallis Simpson's Lilith conjunct Edward's Rahu and Mars! Makes sense why he threw his whole life of being King away just to be with her now doesn't it? 😆
I remember reading this one tumblr post of someone doing case studies on lilith synastry aspects and how it may cause "othello syndrome", a type of irrational morbid jealousy, and she went through at least three personal stories of it happening! if i am able to link the post in the replies to this comment, i will! so you can read it to help with your research :)
Oh, wow, I hadn't heard of Othello syndrome until now. Scary. I could see it happening, unfortunately. I think it was visible in the famous couples I've analyzed a bit, too, especially Ike& Tina, Marilyn & DiMaggio. Maybe even JFK and Marilyn if the conspiracies are to be believed..although I'm sure the main motivation wasn't jealousy there, even if the conspiracy theory about her death was true.

He aspects my mars 3 times and i aspect his mars twice. 5 of his planets trine or conjunct my lilith (pluto, Jupiter, uranus, mercury and venus) and his lilith conjuncts my mars. He also aspects my north node. I have never been in a situation like this honestly. Almost immediate distracting thoughts and attraction and I'm normally a slow go type. I would like to go see him again but I know exactly where this will go if I do... I wonder if he is feeling the same on his end.

It is true that mars-lylith can get violent. I have mars conjunct lylith with a doctor who almost killed me during an endoscopy. He was mars and he was jealous that I didn't visit with him any longer 🤦♀️.
