Nice! Those old plastic pumpers still amaze... They are still some of the most fun airguns to shoot. That one is certainly hard to come by, i would think you got a pretty good deal.
Great points! A wood stock Crosman 2200 Magnum should have been the 100 year Anniversary air rifle. It has more legacy than the New Crosman 362. More importantly it is built off the 2100 and Legacy existing platform. Crosman could have easily increased the volume of the valve for more .22 caliber power. All these things would have resulted in a much better performing product with a legacy to a well established line of products. This Crosman 2200 shooting 14.3g Benjamin precision pellets at 750+ FPS for small game hunting and long range plinking would have sold well at $300 instead of $400. Much better than this Lego pistol air gun Crosman has tried to make into a decent rifle.
That's a very good question and I do plan on doing a comparison between the Crosman and the Daisy 922. I haven't shot the Daisy in a while but I believe but could be wrong that the Crosman is more powerful but the Daisy is more accurate. I will try to do the comparison sometime next month.
@@turbo15100 Do you think the Daisy Powerline .22 have enough FPE to take larger jackrabbits? The old models in .22, were the 822, 882, 922, 22x, and 22SG. Also, same question for the .177 880 models and the old Crosman 2100, and also the .22 2200 Magnum?

Nice airgun 👍👍💯😎
Thanks 👍
Nice shooting. Did you shoot the anniversary edition before the crown work? Did it shoot better afterwards?
Thanks! Yes I did shoot the 100yr rifle before the crown work and yes it shot a lot better afterwards.
How does the Crosman 2200 compare to the Daisy 822 or 922 or 22SG or 22x?
