They both debuted in a short filler episode and were both pretty hilarious but I feel like Vladimir Was a better overall character. 12: I found Sbeve's dedication to his cause to be very inspiring, though he was quite a boring character and it made the short filler episode that revolved around him quite lackluster compared to other fillers. 11: Theodore was a pretty forgettable side antagonist for season 2. His quick death made him overall a pretty underwhelming character. 10: Ralph: He was a pretty bad character as he only appeared once and was quite a typical discord mod and didnt further the plot too much 9: Vladimir Was a likeable character for the short filler episode he debuted in. 8: Katie: She was a pretty forgettable character and was quite annoying. 7: Lester: Lester is head admin. If you arent caught up to date with skittles lore, he acted as a sidekick to beluga, and was then asked by beluga to turn into a female so beluga could get banned from the discord server. However, Skittle was locked into the discord server (as a female) with lester forever (you could just watch the "discord ban speedrun" episode for more information"). This turned skittle into the character we all know today, skittle-chan. I find this manipulation to be very interesting. This is the only legit development we have in these. 2: Pablo serves as a very likeable antagonist. He holds much power and is pure evil. Facts about this: having your phone on doesn't mess with the plane itself, but rather the communications. Your phones signal will mess with the pilot's signal. So while there's no chance of crashing into the ground, there's a greatly increased chance of a midair collision
No it's to do with the cell towers on the ground. Because of how fast the plane is moving it can screw with the towers as you're "hopping" from one tower to another in a matter of seconds

Ok so fun fact the reasons why they tell you to turn on airplane mode is because
1. If it has a really strong signaling could mess with the plane ( aka everyone not using airplane mode).
2. Your device will usually keep searching for wifi when its how far into the air, and might drain the battery.
I was told this by a flight attendant on a plane so its probably right. I don't know.

This is not to say that there are no consequences for the passenger: this is because most airlines have not yet implemented changes in their procedures and prefer to act conservatively on wireless connections.
