OK, that's nice now the next time keep the relaxing music. Slow everything down and show a lot more inside and out maybe 5+ minutes or so, and then you would have a really great video that would sale anything.
The updated part of the home is ugly, white wash oak floors may be fashionable now, give it 3years. The home should have been left with the original flooring and fixtures. It has been ruined.
