- National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hyderabad is an "Institute of National Importance" with proclaimed objectives of becoming Centre of Excellence for advanced research in pharmaceutical sciences. NIPER-Mohali was the first institute established in the year 1998 under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the Govt. of India. Later, the DOP established 6 new NIPERs across the country including NIPER-Hyderabad which started functioning from 19th October 2007, from the premises of erstwhile R&D Centre of IDPL, Balanagar, Hyderabad. Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad a premier CSIR Research Laboratory, is the Mentor Institute for NIPER, Hyderabad. The main objective of the institute is to offer 2 years M.S. (Pharm.), M.B.A (Pharm.), M.Tech. (Pharm.) courses and Ph.D programmes

Hey Ajay, Now situations are different. Go through all NIPERs' current progress. Wisely choose your place not by seeing the old data/videos/Photos. Check the last 2 years' data like publications..research..placements..growth...All the best.

@@MuralisankarBpharm bro To get into NIPER 1st crack gpat for GPAT you have to Study all semester's syllabus, first see previous year question paper from book GPAT a companion by NN inamdar then u will get to know on which topics u should focus more, then read from standard books like sparsh gupta for Cogloy, Chatwal for analysis,Lachmann for ceutics, Kokate for pharmacognosy, Kokare for microbiology, Bramhnkar for biopharmaceutics,O p agarwal for Named rxn or SN sanyal, then for basics of organic chemistry refer Any book which u had used for preparation of JEE/NEET i had used Pradeep Publications book for Basics of organic chemistry, then for sterile products and cosmetics use AH nathani, for jurisprudence use kokate book /pearsone gpat guide(Short but sweet) for Physical pharmacuetics use CVS subramanyam,For biotech use Sathyanaray,for medichem use Wilson and gisvold or NN inamdar medichem(easy language)..... Now after u crack gpat then u r eligible for niper syllabus for niper is quite similar to gpat now go through previous year question paper of niper From n n inamdar book (different thn gpat)+ you have to focus on spectroscopy (use pavia book) then go through 1st part of advanced organic chemistry by Jerry and march, focus on named reaction and basics of organic chemistry for NIPER, + U have to take help of internet search the founders of pharmaceutical companies,then general awareness like RBI establishment, Governor of RBI etc.(least focused) + Check who is DCGI of India,What is CDSCO,CDL,FDA + look newly approved drugs +in niper u need quantitative aptitude also so to practice go through Indiabix website there u will get too many questions for Quantitative aptitude
Apart from these there r some topics u need to be taught by someone so for spectroscopy i would recommend you J chemistry channel watch all those videos of spectroscopy, then for Organic chemistry Watch series of GOC by Alakh pandey (physics wallah channel) for cology(if u need) watch dr. Najeeb Khan's videos.... Happy preparation and all the best!

Our university exam going on not only me thousands of students facing the same issue till now even thousands of mail id already gone to niper hyderabad to extend the examination date
Thousands of students wanted to be the part of niper family
As you know that many problems students face during gpat exam now niper is only option
We are requesting you to extend the examination date 1 week extending date even enough for us
