I will start a series to review various study destinations where I will cover them in more detail. In general, these countries are good. But you have to consider what are the influencing factors for you. If you want to study and come back then that’s one thing but if you want to live there then that’s a separate conversation to have.

DIU is better choice if you want to go for higher education abroad. As for Germany, it is mainly good for engineering but they are also modernising their agricultural system for which it makes a good choice for agriculture too!
You need to have German language skill. Also having good results will help your possibilities to get scholarships. I will make detailed video on German education preparation.
I’d recommend trying for BUET first. If you get opportunity in BUET then that’s definitely a great accomplishment. After bachelor you can try to go abroad.

I think learning German will be more important than English if you are planning to study in Germany. But English is generally helpful in every country as you’ll be studying in English.

It is possible to do credit transfer without your university having a formal affiliation, but in that case you have to meet the entry requirement, English language requirement. Best would be to contact the university where you want to apply and check what criteria they have. So universities do not accept credit transfer, some do.
