Brando J That’s a big part of why that recast doesn’t bother me. They look close enough that I can blur them together in my head cannon. But also because we only see the first guy briefly, and it’s two seasons before we see Beric again. If we saw the first guy for long dialogue scenes across multiple episodes and then they switch actors the next season, then maybe it would be Daario-level noticeable.
Loving these Build Series interviews with some of the actors of Game of Thrones. They give so much insight to their characters and shows. Very intimate setting and more relaxing. Great Job to the host, both that I’ve seen have done a wonderful job.

Went to watch other Build interviews and I think she needs to be the permanent host because she got him so comfortable and she also seems the most professional as a journalist.
always loved beric. and love his gravelly voice, he couldve been a great jorah too. but ian is amazing. wonder, what the other two roles were? probably ned, and littlefinger maybe.
He would have made a good Davis, but I think his gritty voice went perfectly with the look of Beric. Battered and scarred with an eye missing. He was a fantastic character

I've been binge watching/listening GoT interviews while working on my finals and I have to say one thing: What a fabulous interviewer, I hope to see her doing more stuff! She asks insightful questions and doesn't try to talk over Richard (like the other Build Series guy). She has stood out to me because she's obviously a fan but not super nervous about interviewing the cast members (which I noticed from several other interviewers)
Do you guys know if he did any audiobooks or something like that? I didn´t find much, but I just know that I need more of that voice in my life. Damnit, I´d listen to him reading a dictionary if I could.

Strangely enough, the first guy looks like he could be Richard's Beric, just before his 6 deaths.
