    I was just thinking what a great childhood for your kids. Getting to run around castle ruins. I Bet not a lot of kids can say thats how they grew up!

      @@SarahWoodburyBooks. There is a lot of historical sites in Pembs that slip under the tourist radar. From mesolithic sites to bronze age villages and field systems, medieval villages that were deserted and overgrown by ancient oak forests . Not to mention neolithic quarries wnere the bluestones of stone henge were sourced............oh yeah and the millenium falcon was built here too!!

      We spent a few days visiting as many of the neolithic sites that we could. I'd love it if you'd point me to the bronze age and medieval village sites. I definitely don't know about those!
