I’m gonna be honest: this design is not for everyone.
I know a lot of people have come to expect all sorts of problem solving innovation from my @popflexactive designs, which like, yes, sometimes 100% absolutely! But also, sometimes I design things bc it’s cute and it makes me happy.
This is one of those designs.
There’s just something about a mockneck that just gives regal. Paired with the big blousy sleeves, it’s giving royal, it’s giving drama, it’s basically giving tabloid worthy headlines. And then put it over a sports bra…it’s giving full on WHO IS SHE status.
This is a piece I designed to elevate your workout outfit. It’s a stand out piece, it’s daring, it’s attention grabbing and honestly no, it’s not for everyone.
And you know what? That’s ok.
Fashion can be polarizing sometimes bc fashion is meant to evoke an emotion. If you love it, I want you to love it hard. If you hate it, hate it hard. Fashion isn’t meant to feel lukewarm. Fashion is…passion I suppose!
Anyway, for those of you who feel this is your vibe, I’m wearing s/m and I looooove pairing this over any low cut top. I love the keyhole effect, and seriously, this piece is an instant outfit elevator.
And if it’s not your vibe, I invite you to try my more “practical” staples with more coverage like the Cloud Hoodie or Brunch Sweater! I’m always trying to give you more options bc everyone’s preferences are so different, and again, THAT’S OK!

I've seen plenty of purses shoes blouses etc that i would never use but i still think look amazing, just on someone else perhaps. I'd never wear the thing in this video myself, but would love to see other people rocking it, it's cute

Idk, I keep wanting to love the big, pleated arm sleeves but I’ve just found them so hard to wear with anything else! Like I can’t wear them for winter because no jacket fits comfortably over them and they are too hot and heavy for summer. So I only have a limited like one month out of the year where those sleeve designs work for me 😔

@@morgenmachen2400 you put your arms in the arm holes and then instead of putting your head through the middle you completely put the top&bottom of it behind your head& back so that you only have your arms covered with the cardigan, sweater, sweatshirt all can be used w/ your leotards.
It might not be for everyone, but it is for me. Give me it.

Thankyou! I have health issues that make it so if my chest/core start to feel hot I just pass out and vomit. I’m constantly putting on and taking off cropped workout shirts because my arms will be freezing but my core won’t overheat. Definitely going to give this a try and I’ll be able to wear it during my next pregnancies.

@@TamaoMizuki right and the sleeve pleat is like, her signature. But also, there are only so many ways to redesign an item in a genre of clothing. Shirts will likely always be shirts, sweaters will likely stay sweaters, shrugs will probably have lots in common with other shrugs 🤷♀️

@@urlocal_liz I'm an artist as well and while it sometimes takes a few tries to draw a simple line it isn't too difficult, it just depends on what you're drawing
Another market for this: women of a certain age who get hot flashes. I can’t tell you how often I take off my top layer then put it back on a few minutes later. My arms and legs don’t get hot, my chest and core do.

I love cropped shirts with big dramatic sleeves in general though I'm currently knitting an extreme crop top with some really oversized sleeves right now I think the contrast and the feel of those kinds of designs are GREAT

well you gotta think about how long it takes to make these things and what quality fabrics shes using to make these clothes, if they're high in quality or demand then its gonna be pricey. Kinda like how eggs in grocery stores are now like $7 or more because of that flu/disease killing chickens.

Okay, but how is this "focusing on yourself?" The cut isn't "scary," it only works in very very specific situations and is for fashion. If you're workikg out in this, 1. Why would you wrap the area of your body that typically should be exposed due to the way the human body regulates body temp and sweats (your armpits and throat) in hoodie material and 2. why would you wear sleeves during a workout unless you're outside in the cold (in which case you obviously couldn't wear this on its own.) This cut is purely for appearance, don't kid yourself... just get a hoodie with a two-tone print in the same pattern or wear normal workout gear, if your "focusing on yourself" during a workout you're not worrying about how trendy you look.
The quote is beautiful and so r u. People with insecurities or Ed, etc.. I agree this can be scary and I also agree that when u go to the gym u should be able to wear what u want, unless it'll harm u or someone else...

I wish you can somehow soon open shops in all of the world (talking about India rn ) because it already above average in USA, but here in India with shipment and all that, the prices are skyrocketing even with the smallest you might have. I checked them all trust me coz I love your designs so freaking much! Fingers crossed
Even if she opens a store in India, the prices will still be exorbitant.. Look at Bath and Body Works.. They're a drugstore brand in the US.. But here, they charge around 4k for a Candle.

Layers! This is essentially an extra layer of sleeves that your sweaty torso cool while warming up your arms and hands. Very useful for people with cold arms.

@@katnesss my point is the price is ridiculous she barely designed this, and the quality may be good the price still doesnt make sense. If you are well versed in retail you would know production of this is $20 or less, $45 wouldve been a more fair price especially for a quarter of a damn sweater.

I agree. I think it would look way better paired with a dress than gym clothes. Imo the loose sleeves kinda look weird with the tight fitting bra and body shaping of the rest of the outfit. Idk, my eyes are confused when looking at this clothing item.

That slit in the neck is everything. My autism allows for some pretty intense sensory issues around my shoulders (across the top back) and neck, and that slit is exactly the sort of space my neck needs.
