    饼皮=56/135x100=42克
    馅料=79/135x100=58克

    Cookies们,再过整整两个月就是中秋节了,那么早就已经有很多人开始问我月饼食谱了,下面有我个式的月饼食谱Playlist, 点击来看哦~今天做个传统的”上海月饼”。这食谱很好吃,因为外皮是用类似水果塔的Pastry Crust酥皮。酥皮配上少糖白莲蓉/少糖芋头馅+香脆的瓜子+咸香的咸蛋黄, 3层次的香味及口感。好吃,做来庆中秋吧~
    =收藏方式:室温最好7天内吃完。烤好,凉透收密封容器,要收更久就放冰库冷冻,吃前解冻,toaster中火烤热,放凉酥皮脆回,温吃。
    Hi Cookies, exactly two months after today will be Mid-Autumn Festival, so many people have already started asking me about mooncake recipes. Below is my variety of mooncake recipe’s Playlist, Click to watch them~ Today I made traditional Shanghai Mooncake. This recipe is delicious because the skin is made with Pastry Crust a bit similar to the tart shell of my fruit tart recipe. Buttery pastry crust is paired with less sugar white lotus paste/ less sugar yam paste + crispy melon seeds + fragrant salted egg yolk, 3 layers of aroma flavor and texture. It’s delicious, let’s make them to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival~
    =Storage method: Best eaten within 7 days in room temperature. Once baked, cool thoroughly, and put in airtight container. To keep longer, store in the freezer. Thaw and toast over medium heat. Let cool till pastry is flaky and eat warm.
