There is a very basic instructions page which shows how to set it fo SFR, I found it a Aliexpress page.
In anyway that is how I used to set it to SFR and it worked with my FGR4D (no Antenna) as well as the FGR4B

I found the hardest part was getting the link to the dam software it's not on their website anywhere I had to get that from an AliExpress page too lol

How much of a difference if you set to 2channel fast mode

Very little but it is technically faster or lower latency but you would never really notice at all

On stock settings 333hz yes, but you would have to check and see if the spektrum transmitter can do 833hz or 1000hz to work with the faster settings

Not at 1000hz the fgr4s can only go upto 400hz
