Does the electrical wiring have accommodations for 110 voltage for those of us coming from the west and have electronics/appliances. The developer should really reconsider those metal bars in the home it gives it a feel of imprisonment less of a homely feel
We are in Ghana, if you have 110 voltage devices, then you will need a step-down.
