We have had a HotTap for quite a while now. They are a good reliable unit. We have had other hot water systems that were unreliable and would quit just when you wanted them most. The Joolca has been great. We went for the complete kit and it was really worth having. Last year we were sitting near a stream with the tents up and the temperature was around 38C. The attachment for drawing water from the creek was SO GOOD! Unlimited water to get nice and wet and COOL :)

I love my Joolca, had it for couple of years and works a treat. Only issue is the bloody shower head. In see yours is leaking as well. Joolca has great customer service and has send me 2 new ones….both leak like a you’re having a poor man’s shower. 😂.
It means having to constantly having to turns off the pump, very annoying

It did drip a little, but he faucet did not, yet they have the same inline switch. To save water, I'd recommend only having it switched on when you are using the product, and keep the shower head over a bucket if it is dripping. Whatever the case, the benefits of the Joolca shower far outweigh a small drip on the shower head. ~ Ben

Plan to take lots of water with you! And that sink is massive - probably too big to be a useful camp sink if you’re limited on water. Also i think you cant use the unit indoors or in a vehicle (probably carbon monoxide safety or something).

The large sink/tub is perfect for washing babies or clothing. We’ve seen it set up on the tail gate of a F100 ute, they washed the toddler in the large tub, and put a smaller bucket inside for washing dishes. Water being drawn from a dam. I like our older Joolca, but yeah, there are times when a kettle is all you need when water is scarce.
