Please do more videos with this style of painting. I found it really easy to follow especially for a beginner. I loved the drawing and tracing method!
I really admire what you’re trying to do in your videos. I didn’t realize my passion for drawing until senior year of high school, because I was always under the impression that drawing is hard and I shouldn’t even try to do it because I would be bad at it. Once I tried it though, I realized I was good at it, and have loved doing it since. Anyone can draw or paint. It only takes patience and effort.

I'm a beginner and just finished a black background on a portrait, so don't know too much about technique yet. I noticed that my result looks like yours -- that is, the black looks "chalky dry", flat, and a bit uneven. Can I keep adding multiple layers of the black without ruining the paper to make it near 100% opaque? Also, is there a way to add a tiny bit of gloss to the black with a product so that it doesn't look so matte?
I am curious how you would paint a white calla lily in this style?

Her voice is calm and pleasant but it also makes me sleepy 😂 The up speak at the end of phrases and sentences might be what makes it hard to listen to for some though

Is there a reason for the way IT is you hold your brush? t slot me of looks more a grib .Why not use
When babies[ young children] have trouble in their baby years holding and not dropping the pencils, they will hold the small pencils with a stronger grip 2 fingers above. Some Teachers would try to force the holding with 2 fingers above and other teachers didn't make the change to the forefinger, one above way of holding a small pencil a big deal. I started out with 2 fingers above, but was badgered by a teacher to change to the forefinger 1 finger above way. I now use both ways above, for better grip, because of arthritis. 2 finger above the pencil is easier than 1 finger above for control for some people. Whatever works is the best, per person.

자연적인 느낌에 초점을 두고 그린 그림이라고 말하고있어요 검은 배경을 칠할때는 물을 최소한으로 섞어서 꽃이랑은 약간의 간격을 둔 다음에 나중에 진한 초록으로 그 간격을 칠해서 없애주면 어차피 배경이 더 짙으니까 깔끔하게 처리된다고 말하고 있어요 :D

Love this! Would it be okay to just draw the picture lightly with a pencil if you don't have tracing paper?
It’s what I did too and it turned out the same except drawing lighter so the pencil marks won’t budge in with the colors! x

Hey Shayda! This was hands down a masterpiece with a very intimidating look but it took a sudden change when I attempted it making it truly easy than the looks of it! I gifted the picture to a friend of mine because she loves anything to do with the color black and her favorite botanicals, it was a memorable piece of art, thanks Shayda!
