I have a bs4 Ntorq , whihc was bought in the end of 2018..Not happy with the quality. Problem i have faced in few months 1. Battery gone 2. Starting trouble even with kick start. 3. Poor rear brakes. You have to tight it really hard to get some stopping power and you need a really good hand power too to stop the vehicle to zero.. 4. I have left th bike for two month during lockdown, after coming back my 5 year sold bike was perfectly starting with single.press on self start, but Ntroq took two weeks of attempt to start the bike with kick start.. 4. From disc brake got jammed , got it serviced last time and again got jammed. Main concern is brakes and starting trouble..if you don't use it for two or three weeks then you need hell of kick start and your leg skin will peel off.. Features are good, fun to ride but basic quality is not there . In the later stage I thought it was problem with only my bike, later realised it is common issue and many of them are facing. Check all comments you can find atlest only person who has the same problem..
Sir , exhaust ke upar wale hisse me , engine bay ke upar is gadi ki harness visible hai, infact simply rakhi hui hai , to jab gaadi heat hogi ya muddy area me ride karegi to harness burn hona ya kuchh sockets hai wo choke hona jaise problems ho sakte hai , aap ki raay Janna chahunga.

I am the owner of bs4 and bs6 ntorq brother please I will say don't buy this because I have experienced much problems fist if all worst fit and finish ,less mileage , no space ,no comfort, vibration everywhere and offcourse worst service so now I sold bs4 ntorq and bought bs6 Access 125 which have everything power,comfort,space, mileage now I am really happy 👍
Did you people notice the rider knees exposed without any safety? The front shield of the scooter is very narrow. Safety is bit compromised in the event of a fall!!! I owned a ntorq for 2yrs and sold it in exchange for a activa 125 dlx. Nothing can beat ntorq comfort and pickup. But fails miserably in mileage. I used to get between 22 - 25km! I was a frequent visitor to fuel pumps. Activa is just 80% near ntorq, but in mileage activa is much ahead. Better plan and buy accordingly.
Please carry extra drive belt for this scooter, I own from 2019, not suitable for running long drive at all cruise it above 70km/h continue for 1 hour, drive belt will break down, due to aluminium parts used inside cause lot of heating
