One of the first noticeable voice actors. I remember him from the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show then many, many movies when I was a kid. I was surprised to find him as the (bad guy) lead in a movie from the 50s - can't remember the title.
Hi Lloyd! I certainly do. What a voice he had. To me it's instantly recognizable, as varied a voice as it was. His voice was EVERYwhere while I was growing up. Commercials, TV and cartoon shows, specials, movies... Plus he himself appeared in George Pal's War of the Worlds, not to mention The Thing From Another World. But, he acted in films FAR less than using his voice. I am doing well, thanks. Hope you are, too.
Yes, he certainly was. The raw recording sessions for that Disney ride can be heard here: th-cam.com/video/ycO7CQ8XO7E/w-d-xo.html Love that man's voice.
Is it the same Astro Monster that plays on Pluto TV's Godzilla channel. I thought I saw the title of the movie on recently. I do like the Earth vs Flying Saucers. Same people running away as in The Day the Earth Stood Still. and a few other stock scenes
Paul Frees is a legend.
Agreed.

Paul Frees has appeared many sci-fi movies from the 1959s. However, he was hardly credited in them.
I know. He should've always been credited. His voice is probably heard more than anyone realizes. Yet when he appears on camera, no one would know it.
The aliens phallic heads are hilarious.

Earth vs The Flying Saucers is a Ripoff of Invasion of Astro-Monster
Thats not a rip off
No, it is not. Earth vs. Flying Saucers was filmed and released years before your 'Astro Monster!'
