Yooooo HH. I like your explanation of using the lid top instead of a griddle hood because that's precisely the reason why I use my toaster oven instead of my large oven. Toaster oven is 'tighter', convection is in a smaller space and the food gets cooked faster. All the way from the West Coast, you got me SPRUNG!!

Hey Matt those eggs were sunny side up. Over easy means you turn them over and cook yolk side for a couple of seconds to form a covering. Just had to mess with you. Looks great!! As always you made some good groceries!!! Have a great day
