samuel rowe Its not they. its a him, and no, mentioning Satan doesn't make him a devil worshiper. Just means he's a real musician that doesn't think of stupid stuff like that or come to radical conclusions based on mentioning character in the bible in a un-negative light. Personally, I applaud him for mentioning satan, and then a killer, it adds so much depth and testifies his un-caring for people who want to come to conclusions rather than think about what it means. Would you have liked it better if he said satan is a piece of shit, and then praised jesus and talked about flowers? Fuck no, hes a real and honest musician and his choice in lyrics really makes a huge and hauntingly beautiful contrast with the rest of his music. Its pretty dark and brutal, but its honest, and thats what matters most in music. Fyi, I've had this song on repeat for the last hour. I am big into metal, and have my own solo black metal project, and I love this song and all his others, hes a true musician and unfortunately thats very rare with today's music.

No, it doesn’t. If one were to believe what mythos there is about the devil across multiple cultures, of course “he’d say it better” - he’s a deceiver, a liar, and evil incarnate. Stating that in lyrics, stories, or any medium doesn’t mean anyone is a devil worshiper.
