60 years ago, my husband was rather spotty. I didn't know about sacs etc until I watched your videoes . I employed one of your techniques and low and behold, out shot the sac, never to be seen again!!😅 Many thanks for the tuition.

Translation:

His mother follows Thuy’s video and told him to go to the spa.

These are very old non inflammatory clogged pores. You can tell because of the hardened darker yellow color. The white filament is coming out of non inflammatory closed commodones. These will continue to fill up again. He is lucky these are being emptied before they become inflamed like the last one that was discolored and turned into a cyst that is now almost healed but is going to leave hyper pigmentation or a permanent scar.

We are seeing the deposits not as it is within the skin, but as it is exiting through a narrow opening. In reality, it is not as much long as wide and lobulated
