Me too! I looked somewhere else and saw that the harp strings provide a natural reverb and therefore you don't have to play them to hear the sound. Pretty cool
As Always Corey, your music seems to come straight from Heaven. The uke is really an instrument of happiness and peace, but you've got a unique way of subliming it. Thank you very much !
Why didn’t you play the harp Corey, I can appreciate it enhanced the sound of the ukulele but I would have liked you to explore the whole instrument. Yvonne Northern ireland
GCEA edit: if you mean the low strings those are FACF I believe for this. You can do a number of different tunings with those with different affect depending on the key you play in.
Watched that whole video waiting for those harp strings.......

They're there to add extra sympathetic resonance, aka natural reverb. They *can* be played, but that's not the intent.
The playing is out of this world. Beautiful ukulele as well :)
GREAT Chops Corey! The instrument is beautiful but the player makes it sing. Thanks for your demonstration of superb talent.
Beautiful arrangement of Over the Rainbow, beautifully played.

Nice song, you didnt play the harp strings seperatly as bass notes though.
For whats the top strings?
Mostly sympathetic overtones you can hear ringing, especially in the sustain. You can play them as bass notes too if you work it out to do that.
