- Today we have a spontaneous photoshoot wearing traditional Thai attire and golden headdresses! From the good to bad, we get honest about our experience. We squeeze in some Thai street food time then off to the train station to sleep our night away to Chiang Mai!

I'm from Bangkok but I'll tell you the best Khao Tom Mat I've ever had in my life is in Chiang Mai. There's this old lady whose son owns a ceramic factory called 'Siladon', she first makes them for friends & family and it becomes a big hit. She adds some local ingredients like tiny sesame besides black bean and you chase them like crazy in your mouth while chewing to get that extra 'pops' lol.
