Bhai mere pass surya 50 model hai day time me solar se charge karta hai aur load bhi chalta hai but jaise hi evening no solar hota hai tab bhi battery low hone tak ye battery par chalta hai aur fir grid par 3 to 4 hours charge karta hai jis se jo unit bachti hai solar se wo grid se chali jaati hai . kya karen jo day me sirf solar se load chale battery kharch na ho.

if u want full load on solar and limited amp to battery then ReHub MPPT is option its give full 40Amp to inverter load and limited 18Amp to battery ...its happen becoz inverter wire directly connected to rehub MPPT
What is your panel capacity in wattage? If, I am not wrong (as per the video you are getting 66V and 7.25 AMP) your minimum capacity is (66 x 7.25) x 100 / 70 = 638 i.e 660 Watt. Your system is generating 7.25 Amp at 66 V and your battery is being charged at 30 Amp at 15 V. Are you really getting any benefit in wattage. I think the loss of 30 % has already been considered in my calculation. Then wat is the benefit of MPPT. Waiting for your reply dada. (Declaration - this comment should not be treated critics as I just want to learn as you are physically having the system).
Sorry dear cannot understand your calculations Watt = Amp x voltage Solar panels watt calculations W = 7.25 x 66 = 478.5w Now after converting by mppt W= 30x15 = 450w Difference 478.5 - 450 = 28.5 Loss percentage 28.5/478.5x100 = 5.95% loss May be i m right If any doubt you can reply again most welcome dear And thanks for watching my video and also thanks for comment.
@@sandhuztech4465 I have considered 30 % loss from the wattage of panel actually used (Say 100 watt panel will generate 70 watt). Please mention the wattage of the panels used as because 478.5 watt panel is not available in any market in India as well as abroad (actually paid from your pocket in terms of wattage of panel). If you were using 24 v inverter, I think the charging current should have been obtained as (atleast) 30v and 14.5 amp = 435 watt. Am I wrong?
@@sandhuztech4465 thanks for your reply dada. I was right as per my calculation. The production in wattage obtained from the Solar panel does not depend on the system of inverter (mppt or not). It is always better to purchase solar inverter (mppt or normal) instead of purchasing charge controller, as grid charge disable option will be available.

I have downloaded mppt controller manual from official web site and as mentioned in it under 13 No. Settings A) Select option'0' to stop all initial limited ampere battery charging. This setting will stop limited charging that okay. B) Select option 1 to start initial limited ampere charging upto the present value of 7th menu. ( Grid to solar shifting volt 14.2 default) Let's talk about this setting default is 14.2. Upto 14.2 it will charge with 15 amp I am just taking the example. Once 14.2 achieved it will give full current from solar. ❓ My question is why it would charge with available full current if battery is already on 14.2. ❓ To reach upto 14.2 it will take quite time. Suppose I have used my battery all the night and in morning battery volts are 11.5 and my solar to grid setting is 11.0 that means I'm still using the batteries till morning. Now in the morning solar will start producing current i.e. starting from 0 to limited ampere charging ( let's take 15 amp for 150 amp lead acid battery). Keep in mind my house load is still on batteries and Inverter is drawing current from battery take it 15 amps. ❓ Now my question is would it charge the batteries because we are changing the batteries @15 amps and discharging the batteries @15 amp. Controller should measure the amount of current required for load running and battery charging. It should give 30 amps at this instance ❓ I can also increase the load on inverter as per my house need. Let's take I'm using 40 amps from batteries due to increased load on inverter now my batteries are discharging @40 amps and we are giving limited ampere charging @15 amp? As per my knowledge battery will discharge and controller can't charge it if my house load is running all the day. If I have 40 amp solar charge controller and sufficient solar panels to produce 40 amps its total wastage of money because it will not give me 40 amps. Suppose in such condition my house load was off. Controller will maintain 14.2 and stop limited ampere charging and start charging @full amperes available. Suppose Then I turned on my home submersible pump and it's discharging battery @ 60 amps and am getting only 40 amps from solar which are maximum available amperes. So after some time battery voltage get decreased and goes down to 12 volt. Question ❓ Now battery voltage are less than 14.2 it will again change the battery @15 limited ampere charging and I'm discharging@ 40 amps. Again total loss. C) select option '2' to start initial limited ampere charging upto present value of 2nd menu (bulk charging limit 14.8 default) charger releases ampere limiting when flot charging mode starts. Question ❓ same as option B upto 14.8 it will charge with limited amp @15 amps and same as option B my house load is still on inverter I'm using the batteries @15 amp and controller charging the batteries @15 amps. The result will be the same battery voltage even controller change the batteries @15 amps. This is only when I'm using only @15 amps from batteries if I will increase load on inverter it will draw more amps from battery and after some time voltage will get less volts and all the day it will keep in limited ampere charging mode because am parallel using the batteries.( Keep in mind solar panels are sufficient they are generating full amps even 40 amps) again loss of energy solar panels are generating the sufficient power but controller started limited ampere charging. ❓ In such condition my house load is totally off and batteries achieve 14.8 then float charging will start and limited ampere charging release. Now we can use the maximum available amps from panels Suppose float volts are 13.8 and I turned on heavy load in my house which draws @50 amps and solar is providing full current 40 amps but we are taking 10 amps extra from battery which will result in low battery voltage if we use the heavy load @50 amps for some time. Suppose now battery volts are 12 after switching off the submersible pump and how much charging will be provided by solar charge controller???????? Now my battery volts are 12 if controller will give @40 amps its totally wrong. Not safe for battery. Hope you are getting my point limited ampere charging will help the battery for safe charging amps but it will result is energy loss from solar panels because we are unable to use full current production from panels.

Dear this power coming from 2 poly panels those are 330 + 330 watts why you spose 30% loss in panel watts.

❓ Now my question is would it charge the batteries because we are changing the batteries @15 amps and discharging the batteries @15 amp. Controller should measure the amount of current required for load running and battery charging. It should give 30 amps at this instance ❓ I can also increase the load on inverter as per my house need. Let's take I'm using 40 amps from batteries due to increased load on inverter now my batteries are discharging @40 amps and we are giving limited ampere charging @15 amp?
As per my knowledge battery will discharge and controller can't charge it if my house load is running all the day.
If I have 40 amp solar charge controller and sufficient solar panels to produce 40 amps its total wastage of money because it will not give me 40 amps.
Suppose in such condition my house load was off. Controller will maintain 14.2 and stop limited ampere charging and start charging @full amperes available.
Suppose Then I turned on my home submersible pump and it's discharging battery @ 60 amps and am getting only 40 amps from solar which are maximum available amperes. So after some time battery voltage get decreased and goes down to 12 volt.
Question ❓ Now battery voltage are less than 14.2 it will again change the battery @15 limited ampere charging and I'm discharging@ 40 amps. Again total loss.
C) select option '2' to start initial limited ampere charging upto present value of 2nd menu (bulk charging limit 14.8 default) charger releases ampere limiting when flot charging mode starts.
Question ❓ same as option B upto 14.8 it will charge with limited amp @15 amps and same as option B my house load is still on inverter I'm using the batteries @15 amp and controller charging the batteries @15 amps. The result will be the same battery voltage even controller change the batteries @15 amps. This is only when I'm using only @15 amps from batteries if I will increase load on inverter it will draw more amps from battery and after some time voltage will get less volts and all the day it will keep in limited ampere charging mode because am parallel using the batteries.( Keep in mind solar panels are sufficient they are generating full amps even 40 amps) again loss of energy solar panels are generating the sufficient power but controller started limited ampere charging.
❓ In such condition my house load is totally off and batteries achieve 14.8 then float charging will start and limited ampere charging release.
Now we can use the maximum available amps from panels
Suppose float volts are 13.8 and I turned on heavy load in my house which draws @50 amps and solar is providing full current 40 amps but we are taking 10 amps extra from battery which will result in low battery voltage if we use the heavy load @50 amps for some time.
Suppose now battery volts are 12 after switching off the submersible pump and how much charging will be provided by solar charge controller????????
Now my battery volts are 12 if controller will give @40 amps its totally wrong. Not safe for battery.
Hope you are getting my point limited ampere charging will help the battery for safe charging amps but it will result is energy loss from solar panels because we are unable to use full current production from panels.

WRONG EXPLATION , option "0" to stop all initial limited ampere battery charging - ITS CLEARLY MENTION IN ZERO SETTINGS ITS CHARGE HIGHEST PROCESSIBLE AMAXIMUM AMP, I SAW TODAY MORNING IT WILL CHARGE IN 35 AMP GEETING 11 TO 15 AMP FROM THE SOLER
