    That converter and flex plate would make a great trophy for your show 😂🎉

    The diamond grit saw-zaw blades from harbor freight do great with strong bolts! Might try them when you have to cut bolts.

      Greg A has a step by step video on his channel and he does it the right way. It's an older video but just search it on his channel.

    What about a cab and chassis truck makes it so you cannot pull the motor conventionally?

      Larger front crossmember, along with the engine being locked up so we couldn’t remove the Converter.

    Would have been way easier and cheaper to pull the pan unhook the rod from cylinder one and then just spin the motor over too undo the converter

    • @hblakefitz
      @hblakefitz  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Given that the piston was stuck in the cylinder halfway through the Cylinder we were afraid we couldn’t get a full rotation to get all the converter bolts. Which ends with us doing exactly what we did. The truck also has some miles so the Customer is okay with replacing the converter.

      The customer didn’t care cause you talked him into it rather than removing a rod cap! I legit have the video paused and there is more than sufficient room to remove cap and spin crank! What a joke! I’m ASE certified buddy so can’t say I don’t know what I’m talking about! Just had the same exact issue with a Camry!! Lazy fucks!

    One small Minor injector Hiccup and I usually end up Rebuilding my engine or Replacing it in a 5.9 or 6.7 Cummins .. it literally turns the injector tip into a torch with 29,000 PSI🔥🔥🔥 depending on the failure . They are very fragile cheap rusty junky units but I love them so much the engines at least ...if you actually put them to work they dont last long though ..I work for a Drilling company and we blow through 6.7 Cummins like nothin ... The only reason my Dodge is still nice and with low low mileage is because I don't drive it much. It usually breaks or has a problem about every 1000 miles . I am not truck biased I love all Diesel trucks with all my heart and own all the brands . Just speaking truck truth though keep them running guys 🙏🤘
