Very well done! I built a horizontal mortising jig/table 40 years ago, and it's still in use! Your jig look strong and very well built, excellent job!!!!!

a complete and far reaching bundle i am so excited with what i have in the bundle th-cam.com/users/postUgkxpCNxqmAkyjN6NPx1fyB7QiEFWyO5mUWL . I could utilize this for quite a while to come. This is the most finish manual i've ever seen i'm very grateful.

Very nice and precise workmanship. Great idea and I like the plexiglass jig. Fortunately I bought my Powermatic hollow mortising machine last year. I too like to do a lot of mortis and tenon work as well as Dovetailing. BRAVO to you Maestro.

3/4/2019 USA NEVER! wear long sleeves or gloves near the turning areas of the saws, routers, shapers, drill presses, etc., even if it is cold in the work area. Too many excellent craftsmen have lost thumbs, fingers; or, have had their hands or arms ripped off. One man was strangled to death by his necktie in an office shredder. All were accidents. You, Young Je are most outstanding and refined in your work. Your intelligence and understanding are great. Your design is by itself above the rest. I admire your methods. Your hands show the refinement of a master craftsman. Please set a good example and help prevent an unnecessary accident to some young man who follows you.

Thank you so very much. I’ve watched your video several times and each time I’m more impressed. Not only are you a great craftsman but you have a tremendous analytical mind. I will build one for my shop. I’ve avoided the mortise and tenon construction because I never felt as though I had the skill. I feel comfortable now. I’ve looked everywhere for a centering bit like the one you used but can’t find one. Can you tell me where you purchased yours.

@Mat Vieat Topfinewoodworking.com is aka Ted's 16,000 stolen woodworking plans from magazines and around the web. Good ole Ted expanded his criminal empire and started paying a 75% commission to those that were willing to create their own website in an attempt to disguise the original Ted's 16,000 Stolen Woodworking Plans, then the bogus website links back to push his stolen plans.

I hate doing it that way. I had trouble with the router bouncing around and other issues. I ended up getting a cast iron X-Y table took the dials and lead screws off rigged it with sweep handles and built a steel frame for a horizontal router with height and angle adjustment and used a Truton Plunge router for the power head. Now I can work closer than 0.005" easily and repeatably.
