We viewed this estate and loved the properties however was put off by the industrial estate being built right next door and the dual carriage way that runs next to it, great house though.
I live next to a busy dual carriageway and I don’t hear a single thing when I have my windows closed. When open it’s not unbearably loud. If you have the tv on you don’t notice it
Sorry, don’t like the stair, it’s narrow and not practical. It would have been a deal breaker for me as I’m struggling in my current London house not being able to bring ANY furniture upstairs
Spacious kitchen but tiny fridge freezer Would prefer American style one. I wonder if the kitchen design can be changed when reserving your plot to accommodate such preference?

Could be yes - I suppose for a younger family this would be perfect, or perhaps just a couple! Which is totally fine too as not everyone has kids 🙌🏼

I live in a st modwen home - the Kemble and it’s a beautiful home and very decent sized bedrooms and the focus is open plan living it’s fab 😌
