Today's house tour takes us back to a lovely, modern part of Stratford, in East London. It's super modern, sleek and yet still homely, being somewhere you could completely relax and unwind, after a busy day at work or being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. For £3400, I think it's an absolute STEAL, as it has 3 generously sized bedrooms, tonnes of storage (which again, is often hard to find in city apartments) and of course, unbeatable views.
I was so excited to come and take a look at the apartments here, as I used to live nearby and can totally vouch for what a great location this apartment is in, to be within easy reach of central London. This apartment is built and managed by Get Living, located within their 'East Village', which is still growing rapidly and has an established, community style feel in the area with loads to do, and Westfield shopping centre a few minutes walk away. Get Living also allow their apartments to be pet friendly, which is a massive bonus for a rented property!

The view was amazing!! But yes there's definitely a huge price difference for different locations, which is totally natural when it comes to London living!

The Wi-Fi is included in the price! What a great perk. Oh, and you can choose your own furniture. £3400 would furnish my home 5 times over! Defintely sells it for me! LOL.

Thanks! Glad you liked the video! The price variation across the country is definitely huge for what you can get for your money! But for London and this quality of new build apartment, in this area with the included features, pretty standard! It's perfect for a couple, or two flatmates to make it more affordable.
