Keith how do i manage owning my home and looking for a vacation home in the south like SC? We live in upstate NY the market here hasn't taken off, so our home value has stayed flat. We have always said us this home as a base and use the value to achieve our dreams. Just don't know how to accomplish that. Watching the homes prices in the south that have skyrocketed over the last few years have really hampered our goals. Any advice?
