I know Lopez is older, but to win and compete, Lopez would be a great addition.
Was hoping for a more younger center.. but he is better than nothing. I say just resign Achuwa.. and stick with Robinson, Sims, Achuwa for the 5 position centers.

I think J.McGee will be perfect for the Knicks. I think he will do good under tibs system all we need is a rebounder a guy that can defend the rim and that’s a lob threat we don’t need an offensive minded center.Out of all those guys mentioned he is definitely the best candidate.
My last 100x was with Pepe because I got in early. Now, I’m putting everything into Revux. After diving into their whitepaper, I'm confident this is my next 100x.
Achiuwa still has an upside under Thibs. I like Achiuwa he's versatile and coachable, he can fill the back-up 4/5 with Simms.
I don't think he can provide backup at 4 and 5, especially with Robinson due to miss many games

Yes we need a backup center. BUT... Let's not overlook the fact that a backup for Randall is and maybe just as important. There are more 4's to worry about defending than 5's. Embid is really the only big in the East we can't defend.

I believe resigning Precious has to be the last move, after trading for backup, because of order of operations to maximize cap and keep trading exceptions in play for the aforementioned backup big. Jock Landale, Nick Richards are likelier targets

No. The Knicks are not done when it comes to adding to the roster. I love Brooke Lopez but he makes alot of money. We have found out that you can't deal with Ainge. The Knicks should see if they could deal for Capela. I feel that he's a good fit. Duran is another player who I have feelings about. Zack Collins would be a nice addition. Another player who strongly interests me is Mo Bamba.
