sasaki has a low number of innings mainly because the pitching rotation in japan is 7 pitchers instead of the MLB 5 pitcher rotation, hope this helps

An ERA of 2.10 and the almost useless metric, Won-Loss, of 29-15, which indicates that his team doesn't hit well, or doesn't hit well when this guy is pitching.
And BTW, a pitch can't "rise"
Agreed that the win-lose metric is more and more useless by the day due to factors like lack of run support. A pitch can have a “rising” effect, meaning it drops less on its way in. It’s more of an illusion than anything else. Thanks Malcolm!
