beautiful bike, im picking up a 2020 z400 as my first bike tomorrow, really excited. can you tell me where you got your windscreen? and if you have any tips specific to the z400 or any stuff youd recommend doing first with it?

Windscreen is kawasaki OEM part www.kawasaki.com/en-us/shop/featured/facebook/999941128/meter-cover . not many tips for this bike its pretty easy to ride and doesn't do anything crazy stock unless you really wack the throttle in first gear. The first mods I do are tank grips and an exhaust(maybe frame sliders if you're new😂), enjoy!

Im really thinking about getting the z400 as its more in my price range for a new bike, the ninja 400 is almost 2k more.. and its about the same bike just no fairings.. you really enjoy the z400? Thanks for the video.

Never timed my 0-100 but I would say it's in the mid 3 second range. I ignore the fuel economy because the smiles per gallon is too high 😂. it's definitely worse to answer your question though
hell yeah man great video i also have a new 2023 z400 and i was looking for more mods to make it get up and go more now i see what i need to look more into probably tuning it will help make the top speed better right my max is 105?
Power upgrades I’ve done are: high flow air filter, full spark it exhaust, velocity stacks and a tune. The bike revs a lot higher and I’ve got it to 196KPH (122mph) on speedo.
@TwoWheelT alright sweet thanks man I've just changed the exhaust and the levers I see what I need to focus on making my bike more like yours on the horsepower thanks man!!
@@NewyorKsK1912 Yea im sure it can. although ive never had the runway (and mechanical sympathy) to get all the way to red line in 6th gear. also sprocket is 2 teeth up in the rear.
@@TwoWheelT that's like suping up a computer and also buying a faster one with a bigger processor and better video card. What's the first computer for if the second one is better in every way? Seems like a waste of money.
@@TwoWheelT I just got a z400 and it's my first street bike. I feel it's too slow but that's why I got it so I could learn safely. I looked into the upgrades but that's a lot of money for just a little more power. I think I'll just save my money and get the new Suzuki gsx8s next😆
Terrible video you can’t see the details ! Redo it on a snow free parking lot on mid day and using a camera light ! It is hard to make this shot above the artic circle ! So redo this shot . The 2 missed shifts during the pull are SO lame !
Love the bike man. The only thing i can think of to make it better is an integrated taillight with the blinkers. Ride safe dawg.

All the fairings are stock with the stickers removed except the carbon fenders they are from motocomposites :)

Mines a 2019 and I think the paint schemes are just different, as the black fairing are from factory

Forgot to mention AIS block off plate and a Norton race spec clutch.
That bike can definitely do much more my max is 118mph

I have a cbr1000rr… z400 is way more fun around town. I had a street triple 675 which was best of both worlds but sadly it was totalled
