    *We just retired a 10 year old Keurig, similar to the new one **MyBest.Kitchen** the old one had a LCD display, but this new one seems like it is a little better as far as features. Turn it on, load it up, press the button and wait for the cup to fill. Much quieter than the old one. The amount*

    You’re making a mess on the machine. Use the step tray under the milk.

    Very nice machine that Mr.Coffee. I got a Cuisinart100 that I purchased 4 years ago and its been solid reliable.

    I like the cafe music 🎵 Do you have to clean the machine other than the auto-clean?

    If you are contemplating buying one of the units, please be aware that after a year and a half it WILL break down on you. Even if you clean it as indicated after every use. The pump on this units are of poor quality and after a while it will stop diverting steam to the froth nozzle and you will be left with an expensive paper weight.

      Justo Torres I couldn’t disagree more. Mine is still running strong and I in no way clean it as much as I should.... but as every mass manufactured product, your sure to get a good one or bad one ever so often....

    • @justotorres5860

      That is true...some flows are inherent in the manufacturing process, but two machine in row. What are the odds of that? In any case, I am in the process of finding a new brewing machine. I can not do without my morning fix! Regards!

      I have this machine, it's very easy to clean.
      I fill it to the max line, make my cappuccino or latte, rinse out the lid and the tubes, dry it with a paper towel, put it back on the milk container and put it in the fridge. Takes less than 30 seconds.

    This guy gotta be single. There's no way in heck a woman would let her husband make a mess the way he did in the kitchen however fancy a latte he makes for her.

    For anyone that cares, I notice the machine doesn't produce crema, which means the most glorious part of the espresso grounds is wasted. I believe this is due to pump power or the lack thereof. Darn, I was hoping to like this one.

      Debbie Blanke he did not tamp correctly , I have the same machine and it produces very nice crema

      Debbie, you need fresh beans for rich crema. Find yourself a local Roaster for that. We buy a pound of beans every fortnight from our local one and they roast every tuesday.

    • @DebbieBlanke
      @DebbieBlanke 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Phantoma3. Actually I've had terrific luck with Cafe Bustelo. Every machine I've owned has been so fussy as to the grind, I somewhat gave up and count on the consistency of this brand..

    • @xhollywood93
      @xhollywood93  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Debbie Blanke honestly, you would need to go with a machine that has the wand, and doesn’t steam it itself. My father has a $700+ super automatic, and same issue. Can’t beat the manual steamer

    Great video, if u want to do a quad shot could you use the same grounds or have to start over?

    • @jessicarobinson1553
      @jessicarobinson1553 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      SandraS3 Hello! I would definitely start over for a quad shot. The old grounds are already used and will not have a good secondary flavor to them.

    I just bought it and need to make big jar which i take to office. Even with double shot and latte or other setting i can get a big coffee mug filled. Is there any settings to get it coffee that big?

    • @xhollywood93
      @xhollywood93  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tarun Singh no, the largest it will make is a double shot. You can hold down the espresso button to keep it going longer, but it will be weak

    • @cyberjoe77
      @cyberjoe77 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      It’s an espresso maker, it’s not a drip coffee maker. You got the wrong machine if you expected 4 cups or more per brew.

    What button do you have to press so only the milk dispenses?

      Same question I have.

    • @ML-ce8cq
      @ML-ce8cq 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stefanie E I was waiting for a reply too lol 😂 I think you would press LATTE and once the milk dispenses, stop it so the coffee doesn’t dispense right after.

    Lower the music down, your tone is equal to loudness of music . Otherwise good presentation.

    I don’t get why my coffee handle to insert on the machine and turn to lock on with the coffee grinds in it is so hard to push and twist to lock on ... like you did it so easily mine goes on so weird that I have to use all my strength to lock it in place

    • @xhollywood93
      @xhollywood93  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Anna Tonoyan try putting it on without any coffee. If it goes on easy, you are using too much coffee making it too hard to twist. You can also burn up your motor fast like that.

    tamped down the froth harder than the coffee grounds...

    What was the point of using the milk pitcher? Could've just hit the espresso button with the cup under then hit the milk. Unnecessary for no apparent reason, and it means the coffee will be that much colder, and direct from the machine the coffee is just about hot enough.

    • @QTPa2T
      @QTPa2T 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hand pouring your milk over the espresso changes many flavor profiles and is definitely the best way to do it if you want a "true" latte or capp with a spot-on espresso/milk/foam ratio. However, as you said, it's super easy to just press the button and let the machine do all the work, your choice!

    • @muzzykara9336
      @muzzykara9336 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sparz hand pouring milk yes, but I was referring to hand pouring the espresso not the milk. He took took the espresso shot in the pitcher and and then just poured it, that makes no sense, besides cooling what would already be a not so hot coffee.

    • @Gelijay
      @Gelijay 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Usually in a coffee shop (I know this as a past barista), they pour the espresso first and then froth the milk and then pour the frothed milk on the espresso as such. At certain times with certain machines, you can froth the milk as the espresso gets poured. However, traditionally the milk gets poured on after.

      Wouldn't hurt to get a tripod for your camera/phone, your video is constantly moving. It's ok when you're showing something here and there, but when you're focused on one object, you don't want it floating all over the screen.

    • @fattony9227

      I stopped watching the video because of the annoying music. Too loud and too distracting.
