Also My personal choice, if talk about the cost. But AKG 712 is more vivid and I like them also Very much. Can recommend Both. About Hd560s..skip all the way.

Listening to this on a 712 Pro. Actually had the other two. Sold them both. Btw, the 560s sound in quite bad

AKG k612 is an easy recommend to the average consumer, as it's probably the best headphones that do not requires EQ whatsoever... I hav EQ'd Sundara, and the 612 pro sounded as flat as if i was listening straight from Source, lol.
the k712 is pretty good too, but, it's ever so slightly too harsh, imho. Though, your test on the 560s is terrible, the headphones are not positioned properly on that binaural setup at all, they sound completely twisted and wrong, lol.
i own a 560s, so i KNOW it doesn't sound that twisted IRL. xD

The HD 560S sounds a tad thin but the 490 Pro they just released recently goes a long way to fix this while using similar drivers.

That's because they aren't positioned properly on the binaural setup. Bro installed the microphones too high on the stand, so when testing Sennheisers, h can't position oval-shaped headphones on the stand so that dynamic drivers are positioned properly to deliver the sound you would hear in person.
I OWN the 560s, so i KNOW it doesn't sound that thin, and twisted... I daily-drive a Sundara though, because of multiple reasons, one of them being that planar dynamic drivers do not care what position they are in, relative to your ears, they always sound the same... It's kinda like the difference between LCD-panel types, if Dynamic Drivers are the equivalent of TN panels, then planars are the equivalent of IPS panels.
Dynamics are very directional, so their positioning relative to your ears have a huge effect on how they sound.

Listening this test on dynaudio BM6A + sonarworks curve in my studio
    The difference is obvious
I really hear a very unpleasant resonance on senheisers
and a little better on 612, more linearity
but 712 is a great standard
I chose between 702/612/712 and now I understand that miracles do not happen
    price = quality
Thank you for such a wonderful test
Thanks to him, I realized three things:
    1) 712 is what I need
    2) My studio is beautifully and honestly built and curved
    3) I’m still not the worst sound engineer since I hear everything and don’t write “but I liked the senheisers better”))

For me i think that the K612 sounded best and has a bigger soundstage than the HD560S in second place and worst is the K712 which sounded muffled in this comparison but i've heard that the K712 should be brighter sounding than the other two with more emphasis in the treble but i don't notice that in this test, i know that it really depends on what headphones you are using listening to this so my opinion would probably be a bit different with another pair

For the money, K612 is the best (brightest neutral), for the sound K712 has more fun (in person). HD560 don't buy.

I have a 612pro but it is quiet for some reason. Is it possible that the focusrite Scarlett solo can do it?

You need to amplify them correctly, try iFi Zen Can 2 or 3.
