A little tip about the fire alarms, put a strobe only device in the bathroom, horn strobes are way too loud for that tiny space and could potentially render people deaf
Wow! You definitely made some good progress for your commercialized house bathroom. Nice that you have a window to the outside for sone natural light. I think the Highcliff matches well with the Dexter in there, of course, considering that they are installed in this manner.
Wow it looks incredible awesome job the Kohler Dexter and the Highcliff go together very well I like how there’s two fire alarms in here I like hearing the fire alarms too
Pretty cool update, you're almost done! Was there a specific reason not to tie the shower and sink into the sewer / septic system? Or is there a gray-water system that you're going to build to collect and treat it? Ideally, it really shouldn't just run out into the environment when possible.
What's the purpose of providing this commercial bathroom in general? I know you use it for fun and that you swap toilets, but what else reasons why you use it though, besides filming and renovating it?
You should put commercial dispensers in there (I see the ecolab one) like a commercial toilet paper dispenser and paper towels. Also I said this in the last video but you should put a deodorizer block or urinal cake in the urinak

@@NyxKemo it’s not a system intended to be used. It’s more for decoration. And yes it’s loud lol

I agree fire alarms are awesome they are so awesome that I installed one in my house
@@polandball7482 that’s awesome 😎
@@janeroseloave1201 thanks
Good progress!
Thanks!
Okay to amazing fixtures.
Looking good in there!
Thank you!
Nice job! The fire alarms are enough to distort the camera audio!
You replaced the EcoVantage?
you should get a commercial grid style sink drain
Are you worried about the line to the urinal freezing with it being so close to the window if you don’t have heat in the bathroom
The entire building is insulated so nothing will freeze
Heck yeah love the updates
Looks way better the fixtures are more fitting!
Agreed!
It would be cool if the fire alarms where hooked up to a panel but still vey cool!
That is pretty cool were do u get the stuff from? Ebay? I always dreamed one day there be a set up like that at a house
Actually nothing in here was bought from eBay. I got all the fixtures for free from either abandoned places or free on Facebook marketplace
I got a few toilets in my collection, 2013 Gerber Maxwell and 2003 Kohler Wellworth Ingenium
Now you need a commercial toilet paper holder!
Haha right!
when are you coming back to WA to do mine?
I like the new updates

The gray water runs out the back of the buildings and helps water the grass
1990s kohler dexter 3:57
1990s kohler highline 4:40
1995 Dexter and 1987 highcliff
ohh
Keep the Kohler Dexter urinal and the Kohler Highcliff toilet together. They make a really good match for the restroom!
I’m leaving the Dexter as a permanent install but the toilets will be changed every few months
That’s great! I would love to see all the different models of toilets you put in there!😊
Do you sometimes use this bathroom?
Every day
@ oh
Why do you have a fire alarm in your bathroom?
Because I wanted one in my bathroom!
What's the purpose of providing this commercial bathroom in general? I know you use it for fun and that you swap toilets, but what else reasons why you use it though, besides filming and renovating it?
I’ve always wanted a commercial bathroom and I had the opportunity to build one so I did! It’s my house as well not just a bathroom
I like the Kohler Highcliff along with my favorite generation of Kohler Dexter

I already have urinal screens for the Dexter. I just removed it for the video
@ cool!
How is it plumbed
@@vftplumbingfixtures8944 like how any other bathroom would be plumbed! It’s connected to the septic
@BTRPlumbing imma send you some pictures
You should add in a hand dryer
lol I’d rather not but that would be cool!
Ahold put a 3.5 gallon per flush on the toilet
It is 3.5
@ o it didn’t seem like it because it felt short
Horn strobes don't belong in bathrooms
This one does!
@@BTRPlumbing I know but people put remote strobes cause it would be very loud in a bathroom
It definitely is loud
@@BTRPlumbing I got a better name for you BTR Plumbing and Fire alarms
I also have a commercial fire alarm system
Sweet!
@@BTRPlumbing thanks
Why is there a beach ball lol
Good question. I’m not sure
