Tropic movements and nastic movements. I learnt this briefly in 6th std ICSE and it was never mentioned again (I'm going to be in 11th now. XD) It feels nice finally knowing what they mean now.
In example of Venus flytrap, I think it should be tropic movement as the plant feels the presence of insect and then trap it, so it would be thigmotropism
