@@_AVC_ I do kat is another star type player and pg is a star so it make sense too much and Tim Connelly can leave this summer
So maybe Tim can replace Lawerence frank from the clippers
KAT for Darius Garland might be interesting assuming that the cavs also move Jarrett Allen for a wing or primary playmaker as it would keep mobley at the 4 to avoid matching with Beefy centers but wouldn’t pose the spacing issues that pairing him with Allen would. For the T wolves having another consistent offensive engine would be big for them especially as it would hopefully help Ant be less gassed down the stretch of playoff games
I would love to see Garland there but I don’t think the Cavs would want KAT personally. I think if they move Allen it’s because they want Mobley to play center.
As a Wolves fan I have zero interest in trading KAT for PG. PG is 34 and you can see the decline already. KAT just entered his prime. I will take the next 4 years of KAT over the 34-38 years of PG. Sad reality that I think some fans overlook, father time does exist. Correct answer for Wolves is to run it back. Draft ready now players with their picks.
Ouu hopefully you liked what I did in the vid then! I will disagree in saying we have seen PG decline. We just saw him have one of his best seasons yet. But I’m with you I don’t think that trade is needed by either side.
@@_AVC_ By all metrics out there, PG not near the defensive player he once was, offense still good. I liked all the moves you made to bench but Hyland. Hylands career has really went backwards. I'm hoping we get a ring chasing pg like CP3 or Lowry to join team on vet min. PG is biggest bench need in FA.
Also add even if Shannon was available, I don't see anyway Wolves would draft him. New GM really preaches culture and strong locker room guys, also why Bones Hyland not a fit.
@@jaimeb1281 Yeah PGs defensive numbers are a down. Some of that is obviously the fact that people just score more now but overall he still is an upper quartile defenseman.
Surprised you didn’t like the Bones move. I totally get wanting the vet PGs but the team had 1 1/2 shot creators. Someone else has to score. I don’t know if we can say his career is going backwards really either he just got moved to a team that didn’t need him to play. Again though I get why you want those dudes.

I like your Moore and Minott for Bones idea. Connelly likes Bones too from his Nuggets days, id imagine. Is it possible that wolves use the 27 and 37 picks to move up for an NBA ready now player off the bench? Who would be good fit in a move up scenario?

I don’t think there is anyway they trade Ant haha. As of right now he seems pretty locked in on MN and I think ANT is just on another tier than Trae. I love that we are thinking outside the box though!!
Idk if u know but lets say a team is in the 2nd apron, can they do a 2 for 2 swap? Ik u cant aggregate contracts but its not say a 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 swap
That isn’t crystal clear to me. The language says you can’t aggregate salary together for one player. So I would assume you can put two in a trade to get 2 back. They would have to be perfect salary matches though so that would be tough.

What’s the job role?
Essentially I’m being contracted to help them build out their analytics and scouting department. That involves player evaluations to the extent of figuring out which guys will fit their system the best. I don’t know what you wanna call that for a title but they are hiring me as a consultant in essence.

@@_generation_youth_x28 Sorry I won’t mention the team haha. I like to separate my work from any team/players I have or have done stuff with. They might not want to be associated with my brand so I just keep it simple.
I’ll be doing both though. Part of what my company does is statistical analysis to figure out how an offense/defense works on a very granular level, and then figuring out what puzzle pieces can we fit where to get an optimal result.
