This is Aaron and Candy Spelling old home before they built The Manor (or whatever the name is of that gigantic home they built).
That 2nd house was spectacular, in my opinion. Seeing the lot from above really shows the beautiful gardens and elevations of that property. Have you done that home yet, Arvin?

From the video I see, Yeap, a timelessly classic house. Beautiful. cozy, inviting, and personal. A family must have lived there 🤔. Exterior utilization is well thought through. The pool near the tennis court, perfect after a game Through exclusive interior decoration, the waw effect is out the door when you come in I agree. The spacing and low ceilings give you the feeling 40M is a lot. Noise is for some people a big no-go. I lived near a busy street and never again regardless of how nice the house was. Also! Unless a huge fan, I don't think it makes a difference that Kyle Jenner is living next door. It's not like you're going to bump into her and have a small talk. I would take the cookies though lol. Besides! she might move away, which young celebrities always do. For 40M there are other offers. If they find a family and they're willing to negotiate maybe they can sell it.

I would not wanna live in bel air or holmby hills the 405 or sepulveda blvd is full of traffic jams. No grocery stores near by. The roads are narrow and make sharp turns.

Yeah, I just got pitched this by Redfin. For that big of a price cut, the rooms must feel really small, or the noise from Sunset is bad.
