Do u have a cheat sheet where it has the land spec in Sydney that has development potentials ? I find it difficult to search for land any each council has different rules
Hey Mark, we don’t have a cheat sheet as such but we do have a couple of videos that will get you heading in the right direction.

will the bank give the construction loan , if the property was sold off plan ?

Josh
Josh! Best to talk to a financial advisor, there are a lot of variables that would need to be considered - it’s not black and white that’s for sure!
Great videos, thank you Peter
Thanks Amir, I'm glad you're enjoying them.
Hello Peter I have a deal under contract in San Leandro CA its next to San Francisco CA that I've done a developers assessment on it can I speak to you in regards To the deal
Hey Luis - unfortunately I am Melbourne based as are all of our projects. I would suggest reaching out to a local planner, they should be able to get you heading in the right direction. Best of luck 🙏
How much capital was required by the client to do this project? 30% of project value?
I couldn't tell you exactly but it would be safe to assume 30% of total borrowings.
@@peterkellyofficial thanks 🙏
@@charleysky No worries 👊
