Been awhile but I don’t remember waves breaking that far out there. Don’t remember too many people surfing at that spot either. I’m sure they have though. Good video.
Thank you! Cowell Beach, ie the west side of Santa Cruz Wharf, is very flat in summer. If so, surfers go to Steamer Lane. In winter, when the Steamer Lane is too big, Cowell will have surfable waves.
@ Right, summer is when I used to go to Santa Cruz from the Bay Area just like everyone else did. Seeing that Beach and that side of the wharf is really cool though. Thanks.
@@Ghostshadows306 I live in South Bay :) Our family go to the coast all seasons for fresh air and scenic views. And then last year I was so attracted by surfers and started to learn surfing by myself since July, hence I started to know beaches and when they are good for surfing better.
