I can recommend circulated coin for beginners. Close to spot For example: Babenberger(Austria), Marianne(French), Sovereigns, Willis(German) or some other. If u lucky, u can find us Pre 33 or mexican Or South american Coins close to spot. The Amount of PM u should have, is ur own weight in PM.
That is a very good point. I have some circulated coins such as French Francs, Swiss Francs, American double eagle, but I am very far from having my body weight in precious metals. Maybe I am too fat 🤣

Stacking sound money is the best way to invest in gold, not mining, no ETF. Only physical collectible gold coins and bars
