Vanilla JavaScript Particles Landing Page with Animated Splash Screen

Nice! is this preloader gonna load everytime home page clicked? i want to implement something similar but it keeps loading while navigating to home page again!

It will yes. You could use local storage to set a variable which could stop the splash screen / pre loader from being displayed on subsequent visits.
