@@timreynolds4785 There is no question about it being a woman. There are other shots on the same roll of film that include her, even feature her. The only mystery here is why people think there is a mystery.
My son pointed out that the "Cooper Family Photo" has unusual composition - the photo is centered on the grandmother and grandson on the left, as opposed to all four family members. Maybe the photographer wanted to get the candelabra and table settings in the photo, or maybe it was staged and the photographer wanted to leave space for the "ghost."
TO be fair, some people have composition blindness... my dad could never take a decent picture, cutting off my mothers head in one shot, even though the digital camera had a BIG SCREEN on the back just for that job.
It would be nice if whatculture would assign a narrator to these kinds of videos that wasn't so blantantly skeptical and demeaning. I'm not saying any of these photos show actual ghosts, aliens, etc. but they are "mysterious" photos for a reason. This narrator's commentary diminishes the video drastically.
I'm disappointed to find several explained items on this list including the thumbnail. Just because someone doesn't want to believe a story, doesn't mean it wasn't an explained situation. So don't put it under the words nobody can explain. Try using a better headline.
Just because they think they can explain it doesn't mean the explanation is valid. They like to say that people are just making up whatever they want to believe about the pics. Unfortunately, the supposed logical ones, are actually too hypocritical, or simply stupid, to realize they are doing the same thing.
I look up. I see a light zipping across the night sky. I think "Satellites sure do move really fast" Light takes a 90 degree turn without slowing down, I think "wtf?"
Solway Firth Spaceman was solved, there was another shot of her and her mom. You can tell that the dress is the same as is worn by the "spaceman" and that she is facing away from the camera with her left arm bent.
More vids like this please! ^^ I'm so done with people spouting "unexplainable" facts without a teaspoon of scepisism. This cynical approach is lovely.
I always wonder about Ben's adamant skepticism about physical entities like creatures and animals or anomalies like lights and figures that could exist but haven't been discovered or studied yet, so Ben, you need to open your mind a little. That said I appreciate you for warning us against the Spooky boi. Most lists don't bother before traumatizing you.
I love how you guys, unlike most other channels who do videos like this, don't bullshit us about the veracity of the claims contained within. Good job!
I absolutely love that you guys make fun of it when you publish videos of that nature. Thank you very much for that, we need more of that line of thinking.
I've always been a person who only believes in what you can see and touch and hear, complete worshipper at the altar of science... Until that is, I was at my grandparents' second house, and heard extremely loud footsteps behind me on the staircase while I was sitting on the porch (and I do mean extremely loud). The door was wide open and clearly there was no one there, and I looked for everyone else at the time. My grandpa and grandma sitting on chairs outside and my husband by the river. It couldn't have been anyone else, and I've lived in old houses, I know how they creak and groan and how the wind pushes the doors shut. There was someone on those stairs, with very loud footsteps, talking while coming down the stairs. Problem is, that person was invisible.
You know, just because they might be fake or explainable by normal, rational means doesn't mean you have to take every opportunity to shit all over everyone who likes to entertain the idea of the mysterious and paranormal. It gets really demeaning and insulting really fast.
When I was still at school, I was talking to the wood and metal-work class assistant (shop-class assistant) and while I can't remember how we got onto the subject, I mentioned the somewhat creepy Victorian house my parents and, by extension, I had just moved into. He said that a few years ago he did some electrical work on that very house (he was an electrician among other things) and mentioned the ghost that resided there. Me: "Hahahaha! You're just trying to scare me!" *walks off exuding misplaced and over-blown teenage confidence* Later on, the teacher asked me: "What are you working on?" Me: "A proton pack!" It never did work...not that I believed his story of a ghost, you understand? Total bollocks! Honest...*nervous, squeaky fart* As the previous owner was so frail she was limited to the ground floor of the 3 storey house and the 1st and 2nd floors were very bare and neglected. Being young and stupid, I started playing Silent Hill in my room one night and the darker it got, the smaller I crunched myself into a ball. Then a roof joist creaked and I jumped a mile out my chair propelled by a high-pressure jet of terrified piss! I carried on playing...with the light on! What also didn't help was an acoustic phenomenon that, when someone next door walked across their first floor landing (it was a semi-detached house), it would sound like it was coming from right above our heads. Sadly we forgot to tell a mate of mine who offered to dogsit for us when we went on holiday and he rang us up in a panic after "hearing footsteps upstairs!" Sorry about that, Rob!
1st thing u ask is, what is the focal point of photo? If the ghost or alien is in what would be negative space in the photo its prolly fake. Why would theree be a giant gap to the left if it was a pic of 4 people at a table? The focal point would be between both women.. Why a giant gap on left?
Someone needs to hook me up with a micro transaction so I can give this vid a super like. My favorite supernatural video ever - narrated by not only a non believer but a goddamn troll haha. I love it
I have two points about the man hanging from the ceiling. One: the main family is off-center. No one takes a snapshot like that. Maybe an artistic photo would explain it but this was just a family snapshot. And two: I can actually work up this effect in the darkroom. In fact, Photoshop actually started in the dark room and I can imitate almost everything you can do on the computer, even the smudge tool.
#4. I took a beginners photography class. Creating this effect is literally one of the first things they taught us. It’s really easy. Just have a long exposures time and have the person move.
I like how nearly every single one of these starts with *The Actual Explanation.* Like, there are so many pics out there, that nobody can actually explain, and ya'll just went with the most interesting "Paranormal" photos, regardless of whether they've been explained or not.
You are one of my favorite TH-camrs. I love mysteries but i hate when people circulate nonsense. Like creepy pastas? I hate them at this point. Started out as cool harmless scary story telling, turned into dumb videos aimed at kids pretending that they're real.
I like your videos of this type, just enough "facts" to get you interested with just enough snark to know that its probably a hoax but you dont make anyone feel stupid for wanting to believe
Just because you may not believe the stories surrounding these photos, there's absolutely no reason for you to insult and mock the people responsible for takings these pictures. A lot of these images probably are fake but by your logic these are fakes simply because you say so, with no evidence backing up your claims. Now I understand why I've seen so many comments on your various videos stating that you have no idea what you're talking about.
I really liked this list. I get so tired of people who make "mysterious" this-or-that videos and totally buy (or don't give a skeptical opinion of) the bullshit they're selling.
I love that the narrator had no time for this paranormal bullshit. I always roll my eyes when people insist that a random mark on a photograph must be a ghost, or that no other rational explanation could possibly exist for a strange occurrence.
10 Mysterious Photos Nobody Can Explain (with explanations)
Lmao ikr it's so dumb.
(with explanations _and swearing_ )
And also hating on aliens for no reason
U racists
@@timreynolds4785 There is no question about it being a woman. There are other shots on the same roll of film that include her, even feature her. The only mystery here is why people think there is a mystery.
maybe the "nobody can explain" part was meant to be sarcastic... lol
For some reason that Cooper's family ghost always gives me chills. I know it's fake but it is really creepy the way it's just hanging there.
Really i haven't seen it yet
Fake?
No .it's not fake.
It's Real, Except the One That Hanging from the Roof is Edited, You can See by How The Shadow looks like
"and this was assigned to me" They're being honest about not giving a shit at this point.
Holy shit I've never enjoyed commentary on supernatural events so much haha
Ben is my favorite

I swear I have seen this exact video on 10 different TH-cam Channels before.
JDeppFan2272 but this is funny and good
I love how you talk about 10 mysterious photos and then claim all of them are nonsense and try to explain them.
Seriously, right? What was the point of the video?
Odin got rid of all the giants. Duh.
Marcus Price what's wrong with these guys
Marcus Price God did with the flood
Datflyguye 212
Yeah, Odin. He's a god. He got rid of the giants.
The Father of Lies if u know the whole story u would know God got rid of the parents of the giants as well
Datflyguye 212
Odin got rid of a lot of people.
Normal creepy lists: *creepy music and creepy voice*
WhatCulture: *upbeat music and comedic voice*
Does believing in ghosts make you a conspiracy theorist? lol
It’s refreshing for someone to call bullshit on this stuff. Like your work, Ben.
Isnt it a little weird that the cooper family photo left just enough empty space beside the family for the "ghost" to fit in
"Let's be sure to get the ghost we apparently don't know about perfectly in frame!"
Yeah it's like the staircase ghost. "Hey let's photograph a staircase for some reason and woah the ghost is precisely in the middle of the shot"
TO be fair, some people have composition blindness... my dad could never take a decent picture, cutting off my mothers head in one shot, even though the digital camera had a BIG SCREEN on the back just for that job.
Some say that the right side of the photo was cropped at some point. I don't know if that's true or not
One of the people in the photo has recently come forward to admit that it was a hoax. It's an overlay composite.
"Having an explanation" is not by any stretch the same as being bullocks
Black knight =space blanket
I don't think people realize how much junk is in orbit.
Beat me to it
Kevin Brown no I'm not that Karen I've never used reddit, but maybe we are related, my name is Karen Brown :) my initials are KGB lol
I thought it looked like a DeLorean. That would have been cool. :(
10 tons of blaket? The only thing easily measureable here is the mass.
I love it when Ben gets the supernatural videos, he's such a monotone skeptic xD
It's the last WhatCulture vid he'll ever get
Enjoy it then as he is now no longer with WC.
Taxi
Dungeon
When did watchmojo buy whatculture
u can tell how fed up ben is in this
"This man wasted his life" says the man who makes top 10s on TH-cam. Come on now.
Or, the guy that sits around watching them and commenting on them.. YOU, mate.
andyiswonderful not really
Paranormal research. Lmao. All paranormal "researchers" are either con artists or victims of cons themselves. Ghosts are not real. LoL.

"Could it be Aliens? No." I love how he just shuts down ideas
The only real ghost of course is the one who lives in the sky and grants wishes to people who talk to him on Sunday.

XD

Nobody can explain :/ then call nobody man. It's not that tough :(
That jab at Battlefront II gave me life
Favourite presenter, well maybe Ash? But great clip - love the irrelevance.
Gave you a like for your delicious scepticism.
Nick M Could it be an ufo? No. Haha...
Nick M No kind of ruined it for me. I think most sane people can work it out these pics can explained without the sarcasm
OMG I love this video. Great job guys.
Names video "10 Mysterious Photos Nobody can Explain", proceeds to confirm that first photo has in fact been explained!
I heard that the Ghost falling from the cieling was basically a marketing tool for a movie, but memory is murky for which one.
Try being a little objective, yeah?
Offbeat is a gift.
Lighten up people. It's a fun video with some creepy photo's. I was entertained.
What I can’t explain is why there is no video evidence of infamous native drop bears.
Way to keep an open mind there, Ben.
Wait.. what if... we are the aliens?
LUL makes a video about the unexplained but the first one they used has all ready been explained.
Thanks for the commentary, Scully! XD

I love how Ben is the super skeptic... I’m totally with him.
"Thats no finger"
Nobody can explain them... except Ben from WhatCulture.
i love how Ben always gets the shit he doesn’t believe in lmao
I love that episode of doctor who it includes aliens that fart
GAC- Berry same
Ben has left whatculture so this is one of the last great commentaries on whatculture
Pretty sure the spaceman picture has since been properly explained. Either way, I love the skepticism in this video, well done.
Love youse guys more than my favourite sweatshirt!!
That cooper family ghost picture is pretty unsettling to look at

Freakin’ love your commentary Ben 😂😂
Fml I was scared to watch this vid at night so I waited a few days and now I realise I was missing out all this time lmao great vid v funny 😂👍🏼
Ben is Ruthless with claims of the paranormal XD
You and Shane from buzzfeed unsolved seem like kindred spirits, haha.
