That Boston lager is apart from all others its very good to me when it's really cold .. I enjoy their Nobel Pils as well...cheers bro! I love the channel!
I am a millenial drinker. Always like trying new beers and hate sticking to a 6 pack. Good point though on how that could hurt the overall quality of beers. I think I'll start sticking to beers I like to support the quality they worked for. Cheers!
Really interesting content. I'll admit I hadn't given much thought to flagship beers before now. P.S. I knew you were going to review Left Hand Milk Stout as soon as you mentioned that some brewers have stouts and porters as their flagships. :-)
I recommend 1554 by New Belgium. It's quite good. I think that's really what got me into loving craft beers. Our locals breweries (fish tail) never really captivated me until I tried 1554... then it kind of all went from there. That's where my beer nerdery started
Being a moderate beer nerd, I end up being kind of a joy kill for a lot of my friends. They will end up going to a local watering hole and all I will see is domestic lagers, I sigh and my friends wince as my disappointment is palpable. I almost cringe if I end up in a place that doesn't have a single stout on tap or can (I mean who doesn't -at least- have guinness in a can?!). Being in the Pacific northwest with such a rich beer culture it's almost sacrilegious if there's less than 8 taps (preferably 14 to 20 or more... I think in my town the most impressive watering hole has 48 some taps of ales, lagers and ciders). Drink some extra for me this month, I'm giving in to my dietary needs and trying to avoid carbohydrates and gluten. I'm a bastard with hashimotos thyroiditis so I'm finally trying to eat a bit better. I've dropped 30 pounds since new years. Man I miss beer... though I've found that nitro cold brew coffee kind of satisfies that stout craving a bit. So drink an every left hand nitro in my honor please! :-p
Will do! Love a good stout and best of luck finding a better balance. I've lost about 70 lbs (see my old videos for proof) and I definitely found some room for beer. Cheers!
I love the SNIFTER to judge beers! 🍻 OMG I LOVE NEW BELGIUM BEERS! I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD BEER FROM THEM! A NICE BREWERY! Millennials are all about Instant Gratification! You Millennials.... LOL. I Have SMASHED The Like Button 👍 🍺 WAY OFF ON SAM ADAMS HE WENT TO HARVARD HAD CONNECTIONS. NEXT IT'S A MAIBOCK NOT REALLY UNIQUE... I like Sam Adams. Left Brewery has some good Stouts... 🍺 Cheers Buddy 🍻 🍷🍷
Relatively new... but belching beaver can't keep up with the demand for their peanut butter stout. It's even more popular than their nitro stout. I think it's on the way for being their flagship

Haha, I do love that beer for sure. Cheers!
I had the pleasure of visiting their taproom last summer, along with a few others in Boulder and Longmont.

Founder hit the nail on the head with that one. Great beer at a fair price. Cheers Sir and have a great weekend. =)
Love the all day IPA. Cheers!
Do you just review beers or do you also homebrew your own? I was just curious.

When you started the Porters and Stouts ..I thought you were going with Deschutes Black Butte Porter
Another great one. It was so hard to pick just 4 beers to review.
all day ipa was a game changer
Yes indeed. Gotta love that beer. Cheers!
