Thank you so much for sharing your resources! I have 2 more years until I’ll have a high-schooler, and I feel like it’s never too early to start mapping out what I want those years to look like. So glad you are back to making videos!
My hat is off to you with Apologia biology. I did that for my son in 9th grade, and he had a horrible time with it. I don't know if it's just because biology on its own is difficult subject matter or if it was just the way the curriculum was written. It was difficult, though. I hope and pray it works for you! I plan to use Notgrass History for my daughter's 9th grade year. I love the layout of it. Language Arts we use Good and Beautiful. :) Unrelated, LOVE your hair!
Thanks for sharing! Im preparing for 6th and 8th grade for the fall, but thinking about highschool and how to move through that process. This will be our 3rd year using Oak Meadow as a spine, and we love all the flexibility and being able to explore personal interests!
Such great books as per usual: the treasury of literature here is a pot of gold! 🎉❤ Lol at the degree rant, stop playing with our friend like that! Thanks for posting!
I'm new to your channel and love this! I was wondering how you *schedule* the history books? Do you read a little bit from all of them at the same time/in parallel? Or do you plan to read them in a particular sequence?
I am very new to your channel, meaning this is the first video I watched of yours. When you say you work with a book as your spin for school, do you have a video how you go about that?
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Also… Isn’t it crazy that health and money are so impactful to our everyday lives and future; but so little time is spent on these issues in mainstream education. I don’t mention Bible because I don’t expect public ed to cover that topic.😊
Thank you for sharing! I will have my first high schooler in 2024-2025 so I’ve been in the process of making curriculum choices. It’s been tough. I have a 4 year plan but need to finalize some things for 9th grade.
I have always stirred towards a non-curriculum homeschool life, yet still have trouble understanding how. So I end up purchasing a full curriculum per subject. I'd love for you give an elaborate video showing it looks like. I've watched all your video, love them but can't seem to get it down. Is it strictly reading that the kids are doing?

So glad you’re back! You were so missed 💛
Thank you!!
Love it all. 🎉 we are headed there soon enough. We do schooling very similarly. I love the flexibility and the creativity that it allows us.

Thank you! Would you consider doing a similar video for each of your kiddos?
Thanks for sharing! I’m joining you on this homeschool high school with a 9th grader as well 🫣. Hang in there mama and welcome back!
I would love to know how you are going to approach things like vocational arts and electives.

I have been so blessed by your videos over the years- thank you!! 😊
The Temple Grandin movie made me cry. I felt so seen as a mother.

Are the Biology Lab Kits also from Apologia?
